Bill’s request for a 2009 Christmas Elf to add to his collection was for an Interior Designer/Decorator elf, which is also Bill’s occupation. This 10” elf is loaded down with a crystal lamp, fabric swatch books, a bolt of fabric, tassels and trims and a clip board holding miniature room designs and layouts.
